المادة 1 — الغرض
These Terms of Service govern the conditions and procedures for using the AI-based social media engagement prediction service (the "Service") provided by Pre-Post (the "Company"), as well as the rights, obligations, and responsibilities between the Company and users.
المادة 2 — التعريفات
The following terms are defined as follows:
- "Service" refers to the AI-based social media engagement prediction and analysis service provided by the Company.
- "User" refers to any member or non-member who uses the Service under these Terms.
- "Member" refers to an individual who has registered with the Company by providing personal information and can continuously use the Service.
- "Non-member" refers to a person who uses the Service without registering as a member.
- "Points" refers to the virtual currency unit used to access Service features.
- "Content" refers to text, images, and other information that users input or generate using the Service.
المادة 3 — نشر الشروط ومراجعتها
① These Terms become effective when posted on the Service screen or notified to users.
② The Company may amend these Terms within the scope permitted by applicable law.
③ When amending these Terms, the Company will post the amended terms and effective date on the Service home screen at least 7 days before the effective date. For changes unfavorable to users, the Company will post at least 30 days in advance.
④ If a user does not agree to the amended Terms, they may discontinue use and withdraw. Continued use after the effective date of amended Terms constitutes acceptance.
المادة 4 — تكوين اتفاقية الخدمة
① A service agreement is formed when the user agrees to these Terms and submits a registration application, which the Company then accepts.
② Non-members may access limited features (within guest point limits) without registration; full service access requires membership.
③ The Company may refuse to approve applications in the following cases:
- Use of another person's identity
- Provision of false information
- Applicant is under 14 years of age
- Service use purpose violates applicable law or these Terms
المادة 5 — تسجيل العضوية
① Membership is created by registering an email address and password, or via social login (e.g., Google).
② Members must promptly update their registered information when changes occur.
③ One email address may only be used for one account.
④ Members are responsible for keeping their account credentials (email, password) secure and may not transfer or share them with third parties.
المادة 6 — انسحاب العضوية وإنهاؤها
① Members may request account withdrawal at any time through the settings page within the Service, and the Company will process this immediately.
② Unused points at the time of withdrawal are non-refundable, and generated content history will be handled in accordance with the Privacy Policy.
③ The Company may restrict or revoke membership in the following cases:
- Theft of another person's information
- Disruption of service operations or violation of applicable law
- Generation or distribution of false or illegal content through the Service
- Repeated violations (2 or more times) or failure to remedy within 30 days
المادة 7 — تقديم الخدمة
① The Company provides the following services:
- AI-based social media post engagement prediction
- Analysis across various social media platforms (X, Instagram, YouTube, TikTok, Facebook, Threads, etc.)
- Prediction history management and review
- Pay-as-you-go points provisioning and management
② The Service is provided 24/7 in principle, but may be temporarily suspended for system maintenance, technical issues, or other reasonable causes.
③ The Company may conduct scheduled maintenance and will provide advance notice.
المادة 8 — النقاط والدفع
① The point structure for using the Service is as follows:
- Sign-up bonus: 300 points awarded once at account registration
- Additional points: purchased through point packages only
- Guest users: separate guest usage cap applies
② Point consumption per platform and media combination can be confirmed within the Service and is applied by cost rules.
③ Payments are processed through Paddle and are purchase-based, not subscription-based.
④ Points cannot be converted to cash or transferred to others.
⑤ Unused points remain available until consumed unless otherwise stated in a purchase condition.
المادة 9 — سياسة الاسترداد
① Refunds for paid point purchases are governed as follows:
- Within 7 days: Full refund if no purchased points were consumed
- Within 7 days, partially used: Refund after deducting value of consumed points
- After 7 days: Generally non-refundable, except where the Company is at fault (e.g., service outages)
② Refund requests should be submitted to support@pre-post.ai.
③ Refund processing may take 5–10 business days from the date of request.
المادة 10 — التزامات المستخدم
Users must not engage in the following activities:
- Stealing another person's personal information or providing false information
- Infringing the intellectual property rights of the Company or third parties
- Generating or distributing spam, false information, hate speech, or illegal content through the Service
- Disrupting normal service operations or overloading servers
- Reverse-engineering the Service or attempting to extract source code
- Commercially reselling or providing the Service as an API without the Company's prior consent
- Any act prohibited by applicable law or these Terms
المادة 11 — التزامات الشركة
① The Company will not engage in acts prohibited by applicable law or these Terms and will make efforts to provide continuous and stable service.
② The Company protects users' personal information and complies with its Privacy Policy.
③ When a user's complaint or opinion is deemed legitimate, the Company will address it and notify the user of the outcome via notice or email.
④ The Company maintains security systems to ensure safe use of the Service.
المادة 12 — تغييرات الخدمة وتعليقها
① The Company may change or suspend the Service in whole or in part in the following cases:
- When service equipment inspection, repair, or construction is required
- Force majeure events such as natural disasters, national emergencies, or power outages
- Difficulty in securing costs necessary to maintain and operate the Service
- When service provision is impossible due to suspension or changes in external services (AI models, platform APIs, etc.)
② The Company will provide advance notice of service changes or suspension, except in cases of force majeure.
③ For suspension of paid services due to the Company's fault, appropriate compensation, including a refund for the remaining paid period, will be provided.
المادة 13 — المنشورات والمحتوى
① Rights to content (text, images, etc.) entered by users in the Service belong to the users.
② By using the Service, users consent to their input content being processed for AI analysis purposes. The Company does not use user content for AI model training.
③ Users may freely use prediction results generated through the Service, including for commercial purposes.
④ The following content is prohibited:
- Content infringing on third-party intellectual property rights such as copyrights and trademarks
- Content containing personal information (users are advised to avoid entering sensitive information)
- Illegal content involving hate, discrimination, violence, or obscenity
المادة 14 — الملكية الفكرية
① Copyrights and intellectual property rights related to the Service belong to the Company.
② Users must not commercially use or allow third parties to use information obtained through the Service — including reproduction, transmission, publication, distribution, or broadcasting — without the Company's prior consent.
③ The Company does not claim ownership of prediction outputs generated by users through the Service.
المادة 15 — إخلاء المسؤولية
① AI-based prediction results provided by the Service are for reference only and do not guarantee actual social media performance. The Company makes no warranties regarding the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of prediction results.
② The Company is not liable for:
- Inability to provide the Service due to force majeure events
- Service disruptions caused by the user's own fault
- Failure to achieve expected revenue or effects through the Service
- Issues related to the reliability or accuracy of information posted by users
- Changes in prediction accuracy due to external social media platform policy changes
③ The Company does not intervene in or bear any responsibility for disputes arising from transactions between users through the Service.
المادة 16 — حل النزاعات
① If a dispute arises in connection with use of the Service, users may contact support@pre-post.ai to request resolution.
② If litigation is filed between the Company and a user, both parties will make good-faith efforts to resolve the matter through negotiation.
المادة 17 — القانون الحاكم والاختصاص القضائي
① These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Korea.
② In the event of litigation between the Company and a user regarding use of the Service, jurisdiction shall be determined in accordance with the Civil Procedure Act.
